Free at launch
InnerWise is free to start, and your daily check-in stays free. There is no paid plan in this phase, so there is nothing to cancel or refund yet.
Subscriptions (later phase)
When we introduce paid plans, we will show the price, what is included, the billing cycle, and how to cancel, all before you pay. You will be able to cancel any time, and your plan will run until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you buy through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their refund rules and processes apply, and refunds are usually handled by the store. Where we bill you directly in future, we will set out a clear refund window and how to request one.
How to cancel
- In the app: open Settings, then Subscription, and follow the steps to cancel.
- Through the store: manage or cancel from your Apple or Google account subscriptions.
