Delete in the app
Open Settings → Privacy → Delete account & data, then confirm. This removes your account and the personal data tied to it.
Delete from the web
You can request deletion without signing in using our data deletion request form. Tell us the email tied to your account, and we take care of the rest.
What gets deleted
Your account and the personal data linked to it, including your check-ins, journals, assessment answers, and your conversations with Wize Bud. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be kept.
How long it takes
We begin deletion as soon as you confirm and complete it within 30 days. A small amount of data may be held longer only where the law requires it (for example, basic billing records), and it is deleted once that requirement ends.
Export first
If you would like a copy of your data before deleting, you can export it from Settings → Privacy → Export my data.
