Treat people the way you would want to be treated. No harassment, hate, threats, or personal attacks.
Keep each other safe
No graphic self-harm content, dangerous advice, or medical misinformation. If you or someone else may be in danger, please use Safety & Crisis and contact a helpline or emergency service.
Share experiences, not diagnoses
You can share what has helped you. Please do not present it as medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment for others.
Respect privacy
Do not share anyone else's personal information, and think twice before sharing your own.
No spam or promotion
No advertising, unverified remedies, or products for sale.
How moderation works
Community content is moderated by doctors and trained reviewers. Content that breaks these guidelines may be removed, and repeat or serious violations may lead to account action.
Reporting and appeals
You will be able to report content that concerns you from within the app, and to appeal a moderation decision if you think we got it wrong.
